to make chicken taste like Chinese food, you can velvet it. you sprinkle baking soda on the chicken let it sit for 20 min and rinse it off. and the chicken will be super soft like from your Chinese food place

It's Fathers Day here in Australia. We are having my Dad and another couple who are like 2nd parents to us over for a bbq. Ive made Coleslaw, Cobb Salad and a green bean salad. Potato bake, lamb on bbq and chicken. homemade pavola for dessert 🥰. yummm cant wait for dinner

for cutting chicken on a cutting board, I use the hack where you put parchment paper on the cutting board. keeps it a lot cleaner!
