Dude. This dispatcher needs a new job! Umm this dispatcher should have sent ems anyway regardless!!! Don’t ask the caller if she’s willing to go especially after she just said she’s not been able to move Get them there to check her out to even make sure she’s able to answer that. If ems clears then they clear but let them make that call not you.
