number 11 is a perfect example unfortunately of people who mean well but have absolutely no self awareness. sure, that would have been a silly harmless joke that probably would have gotten a laugh out of most cashiers if not done when there was a huge line of other customers, but she didn’t have that critical thinking power to think “oh this isn’t the time right here, right now” and that unfortunately is why us cashiers don’t care for those kinds of “joke” interactions.
