@_nikki_nichole24: This week I spent two full days coaching assistant principals, principals, executive directors of leadership, and Human Resources leaders through T-TESS calibration. That’s right..two days…4 sessions… 83 total administrators! We focused on strengthening our lens, aligning expectations, sharpening feedback, and ensuring teacher appraisal supports growth, consistency, and stronger instruction. Then came the part that meant so much to me. 🥹 I received an email from a district leader thanking me for the value, learning, and impact of our time together. I shared the message with my own leadership team, and their response was simple: they were PROUD. ❤️ Those moments matter. They remind me that the work reaches beyond a presentation, a training room, or a slide deck. When you help strengthen a leader, you help strengthen the people they lead, the teachers they support, and ultimately the students they serve. So, to the person who feels called to lead in ANY capacity, SHINE BRIGHT✨! Share your gifts. Use your voice. Serve people well. Walk through the doors God opens for you. Stop shrinking what He placed inside of you because you! “Let your light shine before others, that they may see your good deeds and glorify your Father in heaven.” ~Matthew 5:16 🙏🏾 Your gift has a purpose.
