You may have noticed I haven’t been around here as much this summer. And honestly, that really sucks. Because TikTok has been more than an app for me. This little corner of the internet became a community while I was losing 240 pounds. I showed you my body. My loose skin. My insecurities. I built a business out loud here. I figured out who I was becoming out loud here. And somehow, somewhere along the way this summer… I got a little lost again. There are parts of my life that need rebuilding right now. Parts of me that need rebuilding. And maybe I need to do that out loud, too. Maybe that’s obnoxious. Maybe it’s cringe. Maybe there will be days when I share too much and delete it later. 😂 I don’t know. But I do know that every time I’ve been brave enough to be honest here, someone has said, “Me too.” So maybe this is the next chapter. I lost the weight out loud. I built the business out loud. I learned to like the woman in the mirror out loud. Maybe now I heal out loud.
