Living in Europe , I tried calling the vital documentation office, spent 5 days on hold for 3 hours at a time. Finally called my mom and she told me the lines are open but he fired everybody in the office …. Ghost government too!! Living overseas as an American we do not receive any international services - I was told to fly back to America for what I needed. I have been living overseas for 22 years , it’s never been this way!!
