Perfect for those days when you want something wholesome without spending hours in the kitchen. 😋🔥@Royco Uganda INGREDIENTS Liver Coriander (for garnishing) Red onion Green pepper Tomatoes Sweet potatoes Oil Ghee(optional) Avocado PROCEDURE -Soak the liver in milk for about 10 minutes to remove the iron taste,rinse well. -On a hot pan,add a tablespoon of cooking oil,add the liver,sprinkle salt,stir and cover to cook through. -Boil or steam the sweet potatoes while the liver cooks through. -When the water in the liver drains up,add the onions and tomatoes and sauté. -Cramble in 3 royco cubes the beef flavor and the chili flavor(optional) if you like your food abit spicy. -In a separate bowl,add the 1 tablespoon of royco 2in1 to about 100mls water or milk,mix to fully dissolve,add to the liver,stir and garnish,bring to a boil and enjoy.
