Just to clear up some things, this isn’t an act of aggression or even a not in the mood act by Cactus. It’s how dogs play. It’s also helpful for puppies to learn bite inhibition, which Cactus demonstrates and correction when puppies get out of line. Social hierarchy are important lessons for dogs and are normal and healthy!
