Thats actually dumb, am working on a show myself as the creator but I give some of my VA's multiple characters to voice so that when we get new VA's I just take a character away from a VA with 2 or more characters. also I won't give anyone a character that someone already has if that VA only has one character left so they won't be excluded from the project unless they want to

in all honesty what they're doing is really petty and showing obvious favourtism, like I get wanting to give a friend a role they really wanted but you WORKED for it, you did the most for it, your doing the most for it, and so them deciding to drop you like this just goes that to show that there might be a problem later on as the show progresses, I'm not saying leave if you wouldn't want to, but then again, it would be the better option, or at they should at LEAST give you your role back cause you deserve it, I hope all goes well soon! - ☕️

this is so unprofessional of the owner to switch roles like that, this is clearly showing favouritism which is not condoned because it will cause a lot of issues. JUST because they're a close friend does not mean they should be taking the role of someone else's that WORKED for it. thats just UNFAIR in general because you worked for that role and you didn't deserve it to be taken away JUST because their friend is closer. I hope you get your role back soon!!!
