First of all,this is not in Singapore..You’ll need permit to run in this manner . The Chinese words explain : the group often jog together on the road path, and arrange an escort vehicle to safe guard tailing behind (as in most competitions events do) . Happen Bcoz a car keep horning from behind , escort vehicle moves to the left side, that’s when accidents happen. Why the escort’s responsibility, moves away & the motives of the Car is truly doubtful 😳
