I remember that the school would call parents if we didn't show up to class in the morning, now days they call you at the end of the day. so if you've been kidnapped in the morning otw to school , no one would know until after school when they call you to let you know your kid wasn't there.

I was raised up in the 80's and 90's. Our mama NEVER let us go anywhere alone...let alone at 5 years old!!!! I'm not blaming the mom, but that's just crazy to me.
