I thought this was a wild. The hat was fine in my opinion (as a 45 year old retired couch coach). Is that a dress code/equipment violation? Or just an umpire overreach? Is it up to the individual umps discretion? Was he just trying to give him a hard time like “welcome to the show hazing”? It didn’t seem like Rincon was being disrespectful or anything at all 🤷‍♂️am I missing something?
