I’m so proud of her because this really wasn’t about food; it was about standing up for herself. By the way, I’m not a vegan 🙏🏻🤣. At the same time, it makes me sad to realize just how hard that decision must have been. I wish her lots of luck and strength. It’s a cliché, but things will be okay again. ❤️
