Reddington focused on the juror at the center of an extraordinary dispute inside the jury room. The foreperson had reported concerns that one juror was not following the judge’s instructions on reasonable doubt — prompting Reddington to repeatedly ask Judge William Sullivan to further question or remove that juror. Sullivan declined, and after seven days of deliberations, the jury ultimately said it could not reach a unanimous verdict on whether Clancy was criminally responsible for killing her three children. #truecrime

I wonder if those jurors can file a class action lawsuit against that juror for failing to do his job. If the judge is compromised because his son is married to Patrick’s sister then the jurors have grounds to probably to the judge as well. The failure for the state to do its job in Massachusetts is legendary at this point and everyone involved needs to be held accountable
