Little context for those of you who don’t know: Iran is shooting at oil tankers trying to pass through the Strait of Hormuz. That’s why gas prices are still relatively high. Iran is hindering the world’s energy supply by doing so. The Iranians don’t shoot at their own ships. So if they shoot at other ships going to other countries and don’t let other countries get their oil then we don’t let them get their oil.
