Just so y’all know, you don’t need to use bleaching cream for dark spots/hyper pigmentation. There are so many other products you could use. That stuff is dangerous and has carcinogens just like relaxers.

One time this lady asked me if I knew any skin lightening cream so I lied and said aloe Vera. Gotta learn to love yourself one way or another (aloe actually helps with spots from blemishes )

I understand bleaching cream but I’ve been looking thru these comments, what’s wrong with blk ppl liking relaxed hair? Now I have locs and I love my locs, but why do we always shame ourselves for doing what we want with our own hair? I could see if they were clearly hating themselves and their hair by actively shitting on it but slick backs and straightening your hair has always been a thing even back then for a cute look, you can have cute looks with any 4c style, there’s reasons a lot of ppl want a slick back or straightened look that’s specifically not c00nish asfk; what I’m trying to say is why do we always judge each other and ridicule each other? Not even non-black curly haired people do this to themselves when they straighten their hair because it’s difficult to take care of. Just because somebody is different about their choices does not make them a c00n, if that was the case then black girls who wear blonde straight wigs are also c00ns; which they aren’t.
