INGREDIENTS: ● Wheat tortillas – 2 pcs ● Eggs – 5 pcs ● Ham or sausage, finely diced – 70 g ● Shredded mozzarella cheese – 100 g ● Salt – to taste ● Vegetable oil or butter – for frying INSTRUCTIONS: 1. Lightly grease a frying pan with vegetable oil or butter and place one wheat tortilla in the pan. 2. Crack 5 eggs over the tortilla and spread them evenly. Season with salt to taste. 3. Sprinkle the diced ham or sausage evenly over the eggs. 4. Add the shredded mozzarella cheese on top. 5. Place the second tortilla over the filling and gently press it down. 6.
