Have you’ve tried the chocolate ensures high protein ones .. try to get them super cold they go down easier . 🙏 I drink them every morning same problem w not eating . We got this ! 🤞🏽

I hear you 😭 Something I have looked into a lot and decided to do was move… And I am NOT saying to move. Just throwing anything out there widow to widow. I read some research on how moving can help our brains establish a “switch” in how we behave/feel. I’m not moved in yet. So I can’t give first hand knowledge. But… cleaning the new home and fixing it up has definitely been a good distraction. Idk, if I will regret it later. But I do appreciate the break in feeling absolutely consumed by loss. But it’s been 10 months…. 10 months of absolute misery. I had to try anything to get my brain right 😅😅 *Fingers crossed it doesn’t back fire on me* then I’ll be crying in my new house like “HE HAS NEVER SEEN IT” 😭😭😅😅😅 What even is this life?
