I keep seeing people saying art is dying, but this is still art. He’s designing the model in whatever software he’s using and as long as it’s not AI, it’s still art.

And on the wheel I can prototype it and 15-20 other variations in a day as well??? What is the print time? Any potter should be able to throw that form in 5 minutes. There is use for ceramic 3D printing but I don’t think it is nearly as efficient at prototyping forms than traditional wheel work.

ya know.. I'm sure people said the same thing every time a new innovation was invented. the wheel for example... I bet there were tons of people who would say it was "slop" and "took the life out of walking."
