debiste poner betacaroteno en vez de retinol... no hagan para 7 dias, pq se estropea,pueden congelarlo en cubitos y sacarlo la noche anterior ,dejandolo en la nevera, antes de tomarlo es cuando le deben poner el limon( si lo han tenido congelado). El cuerpo transforma el betacaroteno en retinol. Y decir q no hace milagros como anuncia, no limpia la piel por si solo
