A lot of towns in Malaga kept their Arabic names! Benalmádena, Benajarafe, Benagalbon… not to mention Gibraltar, Gibralfaro etc 🤓 I love finding Arabic connections out here!!

I do the same thing when I travel. I really enjoy seeing arab influences in the languages and architecture. I did this when I visited Rhodes in Greece.
