I think he should have been swapped for an alternate juror. Regardless of which way the jury was leaning, he refused to follow an instruction given by the judge. I don’t agree with how it was handled. She’s not going to have a fair trial after all of this, it’s become such a huge spectacle.

If people would take the time to actually watch the entire trial they would understand completely why 11 jurors found her not guilty. It was a horrible investigation & the prosecution couldn’t prove their case the end !

Correct, we don’t know the full story. We do know that the prosecution did not prove their case. They know they didn’t prove their case so they refused to bring in an alternate, knowing they would lose. Based on the law and burden of proof requirement she should’ve been acquitted.

Another trial is a waste of time… for both sides unfortunately. The FACT is that there wasn’t an investigation three years ago and those babies are never going to receive justice
