She’s talking about what a company is worth based on the stock prices… Uber lost millions per year which is not profitable but the value was still in the billions… so you can say the decrease in sales caused the losses but its investor realizing Americans can’t afford a $8 drink on the daily cuz we pay $5 more every time we put gas etc
