That's why that Igbo lawmaker, Benjamin Kalu, introduced Indigeneship bill in the house of assembly. He said anyone who has lived in an area for 5 years should have the right to become indigenes. He wanted Igbos to be able to claim Lagos and Port-Harcourt. Thankfully, Yorubas stopped the stupid bill.
