@thetimes: A Nepalese school destroyed in the country’s devastating flash floods is to be rebuilt with money donated by the Indian government. The Tribhuvan Trishuli Secondary School in Nuwakot was demolished by the flooding, which was triggered by a glacial collapse. Due to the quick thinking and decisive leadership of Rajendra Dadabi, the principal who spoke to The Sunday Times last week, every one of the school’s 1,643 pupils survived. After visiting the viewpoint overlooking the site on Tuesday, Naveen Srivastava, India’s ambassador to Nepal, told Dadabi that India would fund the complete reconstruction, rebuilding it on higher ground.
