it's sad to think that the jury is so dim-witted that they could not find her guilty of murder when they had murder in the first degree, murder in the second degree and voluntary manslaughter on the table as well. only one person stood up against the idiocy and that person should be commended. what will happen now that there's a mistrial as they will retry this and the prosecuting attorneys will go through all the information to find out where they can improve themselves. I would start with jury selection and look for people with brains.
