it may not be a NDA, but courts do not like people who post legal agreements on social media. and they don't like people talking about it on social media. but the legal agreement only stands if you have the right legal name on the paperwork. if he has not fully changed his name it should say Orion, not elphaba. hard to know whether he has legally changed his name.
