My laptop with 8GB of RAM has started hitting 80%+ utilization of available RAM every time it's turned on ever since Windows 11 forced through some updates despite me having updates turned off. Is there any solution to reduce the impact on my RAM besides switching OS? Most tutorials have just said to switch to Linux, but some of the software I use can't run on Linux.
