@tierraalatrice: These rental properties are really getting out of hand in Nashville, they never have their shit together, but they are consistently trying to raise the rent with no updates to the apartments, no solutions to ongoing issues residence complain about, and NO CONSISTENT MANAGEMENT! I always wondered why people will move all the time once their lease is up but this is probably a reason why and I do not like moving.
