@crystal.dawn.culi: Seven years ago, I took a chance. On August 11, 2019, I launched my very first online course after spending an entire year creating the curriculum, developing recipes, filming, learning the tech, and building the business. It was a huge investment, and I honestly had no idea if anyone would sign up. I just knew I loved raw desserts and wanted to teach them in a way I felt was missing in the industry. So I launched anyway. Seven years later, that one course has grown into an entire world of learning, creating, and connecting around raw food. It hasn’t always been easy. There have been mistakes, hard lessons, incredible highs, difficult lows, and so much growth along the way. I’m deeply grateful to every person who has taken a course, made one of my recipes, shared my work, supported this business, or trusted me as their teacher. And to my Chief Joy Officer, Marie-Pier, I truly couldn’t do this without you. ❤️ Seven years ago, I didn’t know if anyone would sign up. I’m really glad I took the chance anyway.
