i tell people my aunt is 93 years and she has been on blood pressure medication since I was in primary school. 1988. she is still here with us praying for everyone. if you can eat everyday ,why not take medication everyday. best wishes ❤️♥️

How can one get over anxiety. Anytime I know I ll b going for my appointment I am always anxious and my BP will b high but at home is normal.i take my drug everyday. But sometimes when d reading is maybe 98/72 and skip my drugs for dat morning
