@sarahkraffty: Halloween Oreo Cookies 🎃 Ingredients: 2 & 2/3 all purpose flour 1 cup cocoa powder 2 tsp salt 2 tsp baking soda 3 sticks unsalted butter (24 tbsp) 1 cup granulated sugar 1 cup packed brown sugar 2 tsp vanilla extract 2 large eggs 20 crushed Halloween oreos How to: In a bowl combine flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt. Whisk and set aside. In a mixing bowl add softened butter, granulated sugar, packed dark brown sugar, and vanilla extract. Mix well. Add in eggs and mix. Add in dry ingredients and mix until combined scraping the bowl as you go. In a zip lock bag add in Oreos and crush them using a rolling pin. Add into cookie batter and reserve 1/2 cup crushed Oreos to decorate the tops of the cookies. Fold in Oreos into the batter. Using a 1 inch cookie scooper scoop onto a parchment line pan leaving 2 inches inbetween the cookies. Top with reserved Oreos. Bake at 325 degrees F for 9-11 minutes.
