The more i learn about sufism i feel as tho they villainized it bc it truly does only focus on connecting to the divine Allah. Not controlling and paroling each other like how islam is taught tdy due to wahabism. And i feel when we have communities that believe in one form of islam and create what is wrong from right outside of what Allah says its kinda a cult idk bc islam ultimately is to just believe and be better everyday.
