CDF money each financial year it's allocated to each constituency and this is the end result 😏😏😏 ... Education should be given a priority to quench thirsty the growing generation to have a better future ...this leaders makes us think develepment is a favour ..not knowing thats ni haki ya kila mtu coz money is already allocated..kama we wil not vote wisely this wil keep on repeating over and over again
