The Rose Parade is pretty much the Gold Medal for a high school band. There’s pretty much nothing you can achieve that can top that. Even things like playing a presidential inauguration pales to the parade. Those young women and men have worked hard. And not just the ones on that field in the video. Past members going back year, all working to make that band one of the most elite in the country.
