I don’t train my legs because I’m trying to make them smaller. I train them because I want them strong, shapely, steady and useful for as long as possible. These are the 10 boring little things I actually stick to: 1. 🚶‍♀️ **I walk most days** It keeps me moving without turning every day into a “workout.” 2. 🪑 **I squat** Sometimes with weights. Sometimes just to a chair. 3. 🦵 **I do step-ups** One of my favorite ways to train for real-life stairs. 4. 🍑 **I work my glutes** Bridges, split squats and hip hinges are staples. 5. 🦶 **I train my calves** I used to ignore them completely. Not anymore. 6. ⚖️ **I practice balance** Single-leg stands while brushing my teeth absolutely count. 😂 7. 🧘‍♀️ **I move my hips and ankles** A little mobility keeps me from feeling like the Tin Man after sitting. 8. 🍳 **I prioritize protein** Eggs, Greek yogurt, chicken, fish — simple foods I’ll actually eat. 9. 🛏️ **I recover** I stopped believing harder is always better. Consistency beats punishment. 10. 🌿 **Moringa became my “missing piece”** I was already buying the salmon, eggs and berries. I was already walking. And I still had days where I felt drained and like my battery had nothing left. A friend told me about moringa, a nutrient-dense leaf containing vitamins, minerals, amino acids and antioxidant plant compounds. I liked that it was simple enough to become part of my normal routine instead of another complicated wellness project. The exact moringa I use is linked on the video and in my bio if you want to see it. 🌿 My legs don’t need to look 25. I want them to look like they belong to a woman who still USES them. That’s beautiful to me. 📌 Save this before your next leg day. 💌 Share it with the friend who says she’s “too old” to get stronger. Comment **“STRONG”** and I’ll send you my simple leg routine.
