Bro having random index injectors on a bank is a NO. There are 2 banks. Bank 1 is injector 1-3 Bank 2 is 4-5. In one Bank you should have injectors from one index so if you have index 6 and index 8 on Bank 1 mixed up you will always missfire.

The issue is not injectors. Check fuel pressures live data also check freeze frame data when the fault occurs. Random cylinder misfire usually caused by fuel pressure sensor or HPFP. Its worth to check👍🏻

The injectors are not supposed to just pull right out. They are supposed to be a pain in the ass.

Teflon seal? Where the injector seals on that cylinder it could be worn and causing issues when the cylinder head warms up and expands, maybe wrap a little extra Teflon on where that seal goes to see if that would help

Went through a similar issue with my N55, ran ok when cold but would misfire when warm. My HPFP was leaking fuel into the oil, which when heated up, would vaporize and get fed in to the engine through the PCV system. Extra gas getting into the cylinders would cause misfires, sometimes on the same cyl sometimes random. Could be worth a shot if you haven't already tried!
