@rickythesteadyinvestor: What if you invested in America’s best companies to work for instead of the S&P 500? 👀 I tested 3 different starting years and 15 stocks. The results surprised me. Where do you get the “best places to work for”? A lot of those lists are pay to play

Do the company with the highest customer service score at the end of each year. Did this when I first started investment banking in 2010 and was really surprised.

"if a company was eventually acquired I skipped that one" - That's just cheating? You used future knowledge you wouldn't have access to

Tested in 3 stock booming years. How about 2008? Did the best places to work also withstand the resession better?

I’m curious when you ran this, did you adjust for inflation?

You say if a company was eventually acquired you skipped it, but if you were truly using this strategy in the mid 2000s you would now know that. What happens if you do similar but in 2005 you invest in 2004s top 5 regardless of their future ownership, 2005 in 2006, and 2006 in 2007. ?

You should also set up a ‘subscriber-only’ content here on Tik Tok. It is simple to do. FB isn’t used by a lot of people on here! (Assuming you’ll mostly be posting videos and carousels)

happy employees and orgs with good cultures absolutely do create better investments and shareholder value. costco is the best example of this. this is a great simple strategy.

this makes absolute sense to me. in my experience good vibes at a company are basically 100% dependent on short term growth potential. their evil plans sound like good deeds. their shittiest managers are acting like they're high on mushrooms. everything that would normally be bad seems good when growth is accelerating
