The industry needs to switch from interview prep to project showcase. The job complexity comes from teamwork and solving why prod isn’t working but acceptance env is fine 😂

hey Dani, I’m currently building school core, it’s a framework that processes issues from a repo from a pedagogical lens. I’ve been a PERN stack engineer for 3 years and a music educator for 8+ and I see often times the way we need to interact with agents now should be building their environment. agents need tools, skills, resources context, etc very similar to the way students do. I’m on the search as well and I’d love to learn more about anything you might be building next, good luck 🍀

I’m lucky that I’m on a greenfield project now. Just got my L3 promotion so I’m being strategic on things I choose to work on to get me on my way to L4 (that’s where the RSUs are lol). But I’m also going to mentor college students this year to help with developing non-technical skills for the move to senior engineer.

it’s side project time, wanna do a small project every week? I actually found a convenient way to do all three is to start with 2, and then ask AI to do 1 for the project. You can also interview yourself and use 3 as well so it makes an entire workflow for you! good luck 😬👋🏽
