Have you tried a Haaka? I used to wear one on my other boob while nursing and would actually collect quite a bit of extra milk without doing anything

Have you tried a different position on the other side? My son was like this at first where he only liked nursing on the left side, once I tried the football hold on the right side he immediately latched and fed that way!
