I read the policy, and it seems fairly lenient. 1/4 point for being over 8 minutes late? 1 point for unexcused absence? 3 points NCNS? That should be fireable😬

I think points expiring after a year, is HORRIBLE! Usually it’s 2-6 months, a whole year from the moment you received the point, is crazy.
