The food looks delicious, but after looking at the nutritional information, my heart broke when I saw the average dish is around 3,000 calories. 😭 I mean, I don’t know what they’re putting in a simple fish and mashed potato meal to make it 3,000 calories, but it’s honestly depressing. Ok the Cajun salmon looks BOMB. The most surprising thing about Cheesecake Factory is that their menu is like a novel, but everything is made FRESH. The only thing ironically I think that gets shipped in frozen is the actual cheesecake.
