I just rewatched the testimony of the first officer on the scene. He arrived in the backyard and saw a man STANDING over a woman laying down with his phone at his side. Then proceeds to let that man walk past him and go into the house!!!

Patrick was the last person to see them and the person who found them. I can’t even get my brain around it, why would they not put him in a cruiser and take him straight to the station! They should’ve NEVER allowed him to go back into the house and mess with a crime scene! Complete incompetence and total failure on the part of Plymouth County. SHAME ON THEM! Lindsay and the children were failed at EVERY TURN, beginning with Patrick and ending with Judge Sullivan. Infuriating 😡

Exactly! I’ve never taken someone’s side in a true crime case just because of their gender. I went into this thinking she did it, and was shocked by the lack of investigation.

the second you said walk, I immediately hearted. cause exactly.. how!? my brain can't wrap around the fact they just skipped over the most common crime story ever... I've never seen a crime story where the spouse isnt number 1 first suspect.. and they diggggggg.. and yeah. either they didnt check. or its all a set up.. he has family in the police force. so idk anymore..

One thing worth considering in family homicide cases: offenders oftentimes return to the scene not necessarily out of remorse, but to check what they may have missed, assess the aftermath, maintain contact with the crime scene to monitor the investigation, or ATTEMPT TO CONTROL THE NARRATIVE. It’s fair to say it’s a recognized investigative behavior.

I don’t understand how there are so many people within that police precinct and DA that do not have any morals or ethics. Like, you mean to tell me there is NOBODY that cares to be honest among them! I would not be able to live with myself, knowing that this happened to those babies and a real investigation wasn’t performed.
