The Bloon Solverᛉ :

for real soy milk is way better and more healthy

W :

Because milk from animals is healthier than plant based milk, when a mother breastfeeds to her kids, she loses calcium and bone density, so a mother has to drink at least 400mg of calcium per day so she can safely breastfeed her kids without losing bone density other hand plants based milk is not effective as animals milk. Everything has upside and downsides. Milk is the easiest way to get a lot of calcium in one single drink, you can eat meats and plants for calcium but they have less calcium than milk

Its considered "normal" milk because cow milk has been used for ~10 000 years, way longer than any other milk.
