Iโm so glad this worked well for you, but I want to put a disclaimer here in the comments that if youโre exclusively breastfeeding and attempt this at 12 weeks pp, this could majorly affect your milk supply. As an under supplier for first and a โjust enougherโ for my second, cutting to 4 feeds a day and no night feeds that early would have absolutely tanked my supply. Supply amount and regulation is directly correlated to how often you are nursing/feeding on demand. So while this might work for some, it could create supply issues for others! Just something to keep in mind. ๐

I co slept with my now 9 month old until she was 7 months old. ๐ซฉ Built her crib in her room, laid her in there and walked away. She never once cried or whimpered. She now sleeps full 10 hour nights and still naps 3 times a day. A freaking blessing. whoever says you canโt sleep train a baby or get away from co sleeps/naps has never tried good enough!

My son is 10.5 months old. Wonder if this would work on him? He feeds on demand all day and all night. We co sleep and he wakes up 3-5 times a night to feed and doesnโt take a paci.

I really want to do this, but Iโm confused about how to get all of the ounces during the day if Iโm only feeding four times! Do I just up the amount of ounces that he has for each bottle? Itโs probably way more simple than my brain is making it seem lol heโs 9 weeks so idk how many oz to give for each bottle if I only feed 4 times. Is 6.5 oz too much to give a 9 week old?
