So many people forget they were all under 25 when the band split, they were so so young and away from their families for 5 years. In one movie one of their moms (can’t remember who rn) said they seen their child TWICE in literal years, they were overworked, tired, stressed and felt alone. All before their brains were fully developed, they deserved SO MUCH BETTER

Being 25 now they were literally babies overworked for 5 years straight. I can’t imagine being in their shoes from 16-21. Insanity. We loved them but they were so overworked the poor things

louis buying the 1d name is honestly one of the reason they got out without trouble. Like how zayn got out but there's no legal action or big shits about it legally same with harry and the rest of the boys. As much as I love one direction i think it killed Liam and zayn’s mental health. Also Simon is responsible for a lot of their bad treatment but the management in general is responsible too. They were treated horribly at such a young age

I don't people understand how young these boys were when they were in the band. they should've been out, making friends, going to school and taking care of their families. but they were away from their families for 5 YEARS! and barely got to see their parents. as much as the boys loved being in the band and being on stage, we can really see now how drained and fed up they were with everything. now I understand why zayn wanted to leave and why liam felt he was trapped. poor babies 💔

Being a 1D fan is so hard because there is a part of you that is so grateful for what their music did for us, how it got us through our teen years, made friends through, etc but at the same time another part of you is so hurt that they were treated so poorly, away from family for too long, deteriorating in their mental health, and ultimately led to Liam’s death
