@mackdaddyg28: When I was in active addiction, I spent a lot of time wandering the streets with nowhere to go and no real purpose. I was just existing. I had become a completely different person from the kid my family knew before addiction took over my life. Today, my life looks nothing like that. I wake up every morning grateful that I get another day sober and another chance to actually live my life instead of just getting through it. I never thought I’d make it this far. But I did. If I can get sober, you can too. ❤️‍🩹
