Omg, I grew up Catholic and HATED every minute of it. Then when I became an adult and stopped I got so much guilt about it from my mom. Now I see religion for what it is and I will tell everyone I know it’s a cult.

I absolutely agree. I went to church once when I was about 7 or 8 and it scared the hell out of me. And it scarred me too. I'm a happy witchy agnostic now.

I didn't baptized my girls. I figure they can do that when they get older. I was Catholic and my man is Christian, but we don't believe in them. I chose SGI-USA buddhism and I so love it, but I don't push that on my girls or man, but I think they like it especially my 15yrs old daughter. If anyone wants to know what that is please google it.

I didn’t have religious parents and went to church on my own. I have 4 kids (16,14,12,9) and my oldest has gone to church a handful of times with friends and my 14&12 yr old have been maybe 3 times with friends. My youngest has never been. I’m letting them independently learn how and when they want. I get compliments from people all the time on how well behaved, respectful and sweet my kids are. You don’t need religion to be a good person.
