this is the commonwealths expert, no ones trying to excuse the actual crime, but INFORMING someone they committed an atrocious crime while still years later trying to recall memories... with the reasonable doubt through the "evidence " IS THE ISSUE. Not excusing the act, but why they still do not have a full and correct account of what happened and even if she couldn't remember... the evidence should still show she did what she did and it doesn't. It shows something horrible happened that night but no fingerprints 🔪? lack of DNA on the bands, the commonwealth not being able to say what was bl00d or just "brown spots" because they didn't test it among other important items... "but she said" "but her lawyer isn't disputing the facts " actually this entire trial per trial strategy, was to first bifurcate whether she was guilty or not guilty before ANYTHING ELSE. that was denied, then they filed again trying to get it bifurcated IF she says she did what's being alleged, still denied. Where he could still show her account of recalled memories were still not correct... She woke up and thought her kids were safe and asked where her family was... informing someone after such an event and then still taking her false memories (proven false per evidence) as fact is wild. thats all, justice for cora dawson and callan but only if proven 100% guilty and the commonwealth still could not do that...

Remember how Chris watts initially said Shannan killed her babies so he went into a fit of rage and killed her? BUT HER BEST FRIEND PUSHED FOR JUSTICE and interrogators were finally able to get the truth?? Y’all ever think maybe if the detectives had done their jobs and put some heat on Patrick that he eventually would confess too? But nooo, we just gonna take his word and timeline for everyyyything.

Reasonable doubt in this case is so overwhelmingly strong… I cannot believe that one juror. The whole entire case just stinks of reasonable doubt. Patrick should be the one getting tried, not Lindsay. What an amazingly strong woman to go through what she’s been through—being forced to relive this awful situation that she didn’t do, and yet still having the faith and the strength to push through and get out of bed in the morning. She wants justice for her babies. She loved those babies and she was trying to protect them. Patrick just did not want to file for divorce because he would have to pay alimony and child support. I admire the strength of this woman and I am so glad that she has such an amazing attorney as Kevin Reddington on her side. My only hope is that justice is served for Lindsey and her three children and that Patrick has to pay for what he has done. Praying for justice for Lindsey, Cora, Callen, and Dawson.

now I do have so much doubt on this case and somewhat think lindsay was framed but this specific clip reddington was saying there was no evidence that lindsay did anything that Nancy grace was claiming she did. its super important to watch the lives in full before taking info from a small clip.

Oh man I’m over here in a different TikTok video and they saying us women are insane defending a killer like are we all not watching the same trail like I said to these ppl so many times she said she did it cause she was tolddddd that she did wtf and they calling me insane the way this case was handled was horrible ppl act like a man can’t frame his wife for murder like are we forgetting that’s a thing ?
