The Judge was dead wrong! That poor girl didn't deserve to be blinded by this woman who was WAY out of line, she knew good and well if it was too hot for her to eat it was certainly way too hot to throw in the girl face...which an adult wouldn't throw boiling soup at anyone period!!! She's owed the $3 million and the lady deserves to be in jail for several years. I pray that poor girl will heal and be able to see again 🙏 😢

No. Intentional assault. She ordered it. It’s heartbreaking knowing that Janell attempted to do the right thing. It would be interesting to know if her lawyer would accept less pay. Lord heal this young woman and comfort the hearts of family, friends, colleagues and loved ones. So sad, So very sad.

I think the customer should pay 100% of the damages. At no point did the business disrespect the customer to the point that the customer had any excuse for her behavior.
